The IT consulting firm Sweco has signed a partnership agreement with PocketMobile and is now a PreCom development partner. Sweco has been involved in several successful mobility projects over the years and has realized the advantages of using a standardized platform for development of mobile applications and solutions.
- "We benefit from using a mobile development platform, because in the platform some functionality is included that is always needed in mobile projects. Moreover, the work process is more streamlined now and we can better take advantage of things that we have developed before," says Katarina Nylander, Group Manager at Sweco in Stockholm.
Sweco has PreCom certified a number of its software developers who are now busy developing mobile applications and solutions based on the PreCom Platform. PreCom is the market leading MEAP in the Nordics (Mobile Enterprise Application Platform). Sweco’s certified developers are currently involved in developing mobile solutions for Fortum and Polygon (former Munters).
